L'album contient les singles If You Love Somebody Set Them Free (son premier hit) et Russians. Le d\u00E9fi de cet album, outre le fait qu'il \u00E9tait le premier de Sting en solo, r\u00E9sidait dans le fait que tous ses musiciens \u00E9taient issus du jazz alors que Sting \u00E9tait surtout reconnu comme un artiste pop et rock.
