Le Parlement de Cantabrie (en espagnol : Parlamento de Cantabria) est l'assemblée chargée de l'élaboration des lois et du contrôle du gouvernement dans la communauté autonome de Cantabrie. Créé en 1981, sous le nom d'Assemblée régionale, le Parlement comprend trente-neuf députés, élus pour un mandat de quatre ans au suffrage universel direct et au scrutin proportionnel.
